Income and property of HAMJIK CARE INITIATIVE are applied solely toward the organization's objectives. No portion shall be paid as dividends, bonuses, or profit sharing to members.
Only reasonable remuneration is allowed for services actually rendered, subject to constitution conditions. Reimbursement of legitimate expenses is permitted.
If the organization is dissolved, remaining property after liabilities shall be transferred to institutions with similar objectives or other charitable causes, not distributed among members.
The constitution defines governance structures, election processes, quorum thresholds, financial controls, trustee tenure/cessation rules, and accountability obligations for mission-focused, non-profit operations.
